Xtreme Notebooks宣布发售一款高端笔记本 -- Xtreme 917V，采用桌面平台处理器，可选从Core 2 Duo E6300到Core 2 Extreme X6800双核CPU，以及Core 2 Quad Q6600四核处理器。
Xtreme 917V处理器之外可选配包括17寸液晶屏幕，最高4GB DDR2内存，最高3块250GB硬盘，双卡GeForce Go 7950 GTX SLi，双层DVD刻录机，多功能读卡器，内置摄像头，为显卡专门设计了一套散热方案，12芯锂电池能支持运转1小时左右。厚度达到6cm，重量达到5.4kg。
Xtreme 917V 四核处理器版本建议零售价格约3,359美元(约合人民币26,500元)。
