韩国三星(Samsung)发售一款带电子字典软件智能型手机 -- PowerDic，采用微软Windows Mobile操作系统，包含各种检索功能及TtS(文本转语音)功能。

PowerDic采用Qwert全键盘设计模式，具备流动性多语言功能，包含了英语、法语、德语、意大利语、葡萄牙语等十种语言模式，已获得SyMBIan签字证明。内置以多欧洲语言辞典(标准电子字典)的查询作用为特色范围，而且加强了词汇量及一些其它的附加功能。
PowerDic建议零售价格暂时未有透露。
