据悉，Apple已经进行了一项类似于无线传输技术的专利申请，通过该技术可以进行数据的无线传输，据称很可能把这种技术运用在iTV设备上。iTV可以从个人电脑向电视机传输电影、音乐、其它多媒体文件。而这项专利在2005年4月份便已登记，于上周正式公开。
